The Evesham Hotel

Coopers Ln, Evesham WR11 1DA, UK – 01386 765566

From the outside it looked like a lovely country hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The surrounding grounds are nice as well. The only thing was the rooms !! They dated back to the 70's and I had green carpet in the bathroom ! Need | say more. Also the lighting in my room was poor. Even though it was clean it needed updating. No wonder I couldn't get more images of the rooms from the website. :)

Never been here before. Attending my niece's wedding. Arrived and was instantly taken aback by the beautiful setting the hotel is situated in. The garden are beautiful. With picturesque trees carved wood seating. Play area for the kids (if a little small) inside the bar areas were smart comfortable and light. The bar stocked with a good menu of gins, scotches and rums had a really lovely time talking to the friendly staff and had a great time at the wedding. Seriously thinking of coming for a weekend

Northwick Hotel

Waterside, Evesham WR11 1BT, UK – 01386 40322

Stayed for 2 nights, had dinner there the first night. Had steak and was very good. Our room overlooked the river and was very comfortable. The part of the hotel we were in was clean but a tad unloved. Money had obviously been spent on front of house and restaurants. All staff were polite and friendly. One young lady who booked us in also was there for dinner and breakfasts the following day and although working a lot of hours was unfailingly friendly and helpful and never saw her without a smile.Would visit again

Great location next to the river Avon friendly staff wifi. The breakfast was nice With a small menus to choose from, It is a bit old fashion in the interior but over all the stay was comfortable apart from the heat wave.

Premier Inn Evesham

Evesham Country Park, A46, Evesham WR11 4TP, UK – 0871 527 8384

We had an excellent experience at the Evesham Hotel. We had requested a room near reception due to disability and the excellent staff placed us in room 2, right next to reception (and we think the Laundry room as we could hear what sounded like a tumble dryer going for hours). The staff (sorry too sleepy to get your name!) was superb, very welcoming and equally as pleasant the next morning. The room was very clean and tidy (the black-light test found nothing!!). The bed as usual with a premier inn was lovely and comfy, my stumpy legs could hang off the edge and not touch the floor lol..... We didn't use the restaurant as we had other arrangements in place and an early start to our next engagement. Would certainly stay again when in the area.

Lovely place to stay. Clean rooms ,friendly staff. Comfy beds and Fab breakfast with a lot of choice. Can't wait to return.

The Royal Oak

5 Vine St, Evesham WR11 4RE, UK – 01386 442465

Visited several times and never a bad meal. Popped in today for a quick pint and a burger, another good experience. Barman Owen made the wife a lovely Pina Colada. Not the cheapest in town, but if you want a decent meal then it's worth the money.

Pint was Off , replaced with a different beer , without quibble. Food adequate , quite pricey. Service Good.

The Fish and Anchor Inn

This place is amazing. Great location adjacent to the river, nice views, touring campsite and very nice outdoor seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Menu great choice, very reasonable on price. Meals are big. I personally can recommend this place.

Travel Super Market search and compare prices for hotels all over the world. Could also be useful for you. I This said I was told by a hotelier that the way to get cheap rooms is to ring up the week before and ask for the weekend rate. You can usually get an absolute bargain as they will trying to book all the rooms that they have not sold! Could be worth a try!

Avonvale Holiday Lodges

Siding Nurseries, Offenham Rd, Evesham WR11 8DX, UK – 01386 47768

The service we have recently received from Mark at Avonvale Lodges was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and he went over and above to try and accommodate our needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending Avonvale Lodges to anyone.

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Campsites and Caravan Parks

Weir Meadow Holiday and Touring Park

Castle St, Evesham WR11 3AA, UK – 01386 442417

Lovely site beautiful situation excellently maintained. Speed bumps ridiculously large for one way road system making each bump pass a 4way bump of the car and six bump pass if towing a caravan. Really is concerning and annoying when majority static vans are owners and tourers particularly affected

A lovely site if a bit expensive. Helpful staff once we got here. Setting is idyllic with the river, weir, birds and boats.

Fish and Anchor Touring Park

Fish and Anchor Crossing, Offenham, Evesham WR11 8QT, UK – 01386 442011

Lovely well maintained site. Unfortunately they had an extractor fan or something similar that came on and off during the night. We were in a tent and it was very very loud. .didn't sleep much.

Lovely place with great onsite facilities, would definitely recommend.

Offenham Park

B4510, Offenham, Evesham WR11 8QT, UK – 01386 442011

Excellent river position with fishing rights. Very quiet park with fantastic food at local pub - 2 minutes walk. Lovely walks with beautiful views.

Looks very well kept.
